QSH CMD('system wrkactjob | grep ''MSGW''')

The list can be redirected into your file of choice for further processing.

QSH CMD('system wrkactjob | grep ''MSGW'' > /qsys.lib/yourlib.lib/qtxtsrc.file/xyz.mbr')
