Several tips have been posted regarding retrieving QDLS document information. One being DSPOBJD OBJ(QDOC/*ALL) to an outfile and querying the outfile. This will provide the object name, but not the document name.An alternative method would be to:
QRYDOCLIB OUTFILE(libname/filename). Then query this outfile using the field names from your outfile: QDLSNO QDLDID QDLDNM QDLFLR QDLONM QDLUID QDLADR QDLDSZ etc.
This will not only provide the object name (cryptic at best), but the actual document name, folder path it resides in, sizes, etc.
This can also be taken further. Join this with the outfile fields (date created, date last used, etc.) from DSPOBJD OBJ(QDOC/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*ALL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(libname/filename).
