Quick command line access

Here's a way to get command line access from whatever screen you happen to be on.

This is one of those things that's very basic, and yet can really be a step saver. If you want command line access...

from whatever screen you happen to be on, you can get one just by pressing your "escape" key if you set your user profile's "attention program" parameter to QCMD.

Note: Program Adoption authority won't be propagated to QCMD.
