Allow a CL to have high-security level commands

This tip allows a CL to have high-security level commands

This tip allows a CL to have high-security level commands (ex. DLTLIB) without allowing the user to have the security level normally needed to run such command.

This has been useful for us with the vary command to allow users to vary back on telxon units(workstations), without the interaction with the IS department.

As with any command, you need to be careful how you use this..

Compile CL with QSECOFR signon with the following parms changed:

USRPRF *OWNER
AUT *All

Make sure using EDTOBJAUT that the user, or user group has authority to use CL.
