Between 80 and 90 percent of our orders came in by fax, and errors were being introduced on their end and on our end. Rechecking orders and rekeying that information was very time consuming. The company's extranet site for its customers -- primarily brokers and distributors of Bigelow teas -- lets them view their order history, place and track orders via the Web and find sales information.
