New Surveyor/400 version -- Graphical access to ALL iSeries objects

Linoma Software is proud to announce a major new release of Surveyor/400, the complete graphical productivity suite for the iSeries and AS/400. Surveyor/400 now allows you to easily work with ANY iSeries object through its new graphical filters and command prompters.

Using the new Object Filter in Surveyor/400, any iSeries object(s) can now be located easily using a wide range of search options. Objects can then be worked with using a variety of graphical iSeries commands, such as commands to edit authorities, rename, move, delete, FTP to other iSeries, etc. Object filters can be saved and quickly accessed for future searches.

The new graphical command prompter in Surveyor/400 allows for prompting and executing popular OS/400 commands. In addition to the many standard commands included with Surveyor/400, you can also add your own custom commands to be associated with certain objects using the command editor. When selecting an object, its relative commands can be prompted or executed based on that objects' type and attributes. Single or multiple OS/400 commands can be executed immediately or saved in a script to be run at a later time.

Surveyor/400's productivity tools allow you to graphically edit database files, download/upload database records, FTP objects, manage the IFS, create/change database structures, schedule transfers, view and convert to PDF spooled files and run SQL statements. Surveyor/400 even includes its own built-in 5250 emulator and can run on a Windows, McIntosh or Linux operating system.

A FREE single user license of Surveyor/400 is available for download at or by calling 1-800-949-4696 or (402) 334-7513. Pricing for unlimited user access is tier-priced from $995 to $3,495. Additionally, if you purchase both Surveyor/400 and Transfer Anywhere by Sept. 30, you'll get 30 percent off the list price of both products.
