Why shouldn't user profiles start with 'Q'

Can you give me a reason why user profiles shouldn't start with 'Q'? I tried to tell a system administrator that 'Q' profiles were reserved for IBM.
I prefer that profiles not start with 'Q' because they are often assumed to be an IBM profile and therefore are not scrutinized. If I was a disgruntled system administrator trying to "sneak" a new, profile user profile onto the system, I'd begin it with a 'Q' because it would most likely be ignored or not noticed at all.
