Who's movin' my batch jobs?

Is there any way on the iSeries to see who is moving batch jobs to different job queues? Someone (I'm assuming a programmer, because they're the only ones with command line) keeps moving jobs out of one job queue and putting them in other job queues. Problem being that certain jobs can't run against others and this is creating havoc. No one is fessing up, and I know the jobs aren't moving themselves.

Anytime a change is made to a job, the change is reflected in the job log for that job. In your case, there would be an entry in the job log indicating that the job was changed and who changed it.
