Who is locking objects in IFS?

How can I check who is locking objects in IFS? I tried to use QWCLOBJL API but there was one problem: when locking condition was *EXCL I couldn't obtain information about the user that made this lock.
Unfortunately, when there is an *EXCL lock, there is nothing that you can do.
