Stop CA from enclosing character fields

How can I stop Client Access from enclosing character fields in ASCII double quotes (X'22') when transferring from the iSeries to a PC CSV file?

When I used NetSoft files transfers, the data looked like this:
Thomas,Emanuele,100.00

With Client Access it looks like this:
"Thomas","Emanuele",100.00

Callasic csv file should contain quotes however you may try the following:

* Use command as follows on the iSeries:

CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(DBFILE) TOFILE(CSVFILE) STRDLM(*NONE)

* Use ASCII file transfer in CA to download the result file (i.e. CSVFILE)
