Should the files in QSPL be saved?

Are the files in QSPL named Q04079N031 required files? Should I save or delete them?
These are physical files, which contain all the spooled files on the system. The general rule is you do not want to delete anything that starts with a Q. You should look and see if you have a large number of spooled files on your system, or some very large spool files that can be deleted.
