Should I worry about AF audit journal entries?

I'm performing a DSPAUDJRNE with journal entry type authority failure (AF) every night. This was a recommendation from the auditors because of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). The problem I have is that it shows QUSER library QTEMP every day and I haven't been able to find out what this is and why it has a journal type of authority failure.
I wouldn't worry about authority failure (AF) audit journal entries for objects in QTEMP. There is a unique QTEMP library for every user's job and objects in QTEMP aren't accessible once the job is gone. So the objects for which the authority failure entries are being generated are not permanent objects (like a database file is.) Therefore, you can ignore these entries.
