Can you send an e-mail from a CL program on the iSeries? If you can, will please explain how?
Yes you can. Look at the documentation for the e-mail package you are using. There should be a command that can be incorporated into your own CL programs to handle e-mail. If you can't find it, contact the suppliers of your e-mail package.
Since this command will depend on the e-mail application you use, I cannot give further details.
