How can I resolve a Client Access CWBSYS1008 error message? This message appears every 30 days or so for all users using more than one session. Users with only one session are not getting this problem. The way we fix it right now is for the system administrator to log on and log off to that PC. Once it's done, the users can again have their multi-sessions back.
The CWBSY1008 is mainly received on quser issues.
1. quser is disabled
2. quser password expired
3. quser reached it's maximum storage.
You can find the exact reason by examining the joblog for job qzsosign. (For example, I once saw the message mch3402 in the joblog and had to reclaim storage.)
