The STRPASTHR command from systemA to systemB works fine without putting USRPRF AND PASSWORD parameters in the command. But from systemB to systemA, I receive a message that the Passthru is aborted due to the security reasons. I have the same problem with SNDNETSPLF.
There are a number of reasons this could occur. One is a system value QRMTSIGN which may be set to *FRCSIGNON instead of *VERIFY or *SAMEPRF. A second is in the SNA configuration of the line/controller/device. There is an option to allow automatic sign-on for a user profile (such as QUSER would use). This option requires that the profiles and passwords for the user profile be the same for both systems.
