Our Telnet sessions continue to time out

We are using Windows 95 with QWS3270. Our Telnet sessions continue to time out. How do we prevent this from happening or how do we increase the time-out interval?

Depending on your type of connection (Token-ring, Ethernet...) the value your interface and/or line description must be set for the type of service (TOS) and/or the Maximum Transmit Unit (MTU). To change this value, TCP must be stopped. To change the line description, use the command WRKCFGSTS *LIN. Use option 2 beside the line you wish to change. Once completed, the TCP interface must be changed to use the new values. Use the command CFGTCP. Select menu option 1, then an option 2 beside the interface you wish to change.
