Not able to map folders within iSeries servers

I am not able to map the folders in my iSeries servers. When I explore my system through Windows Explorer, I see the printer names only and not the folder names. I am using Windows XP. What am I missing?
Since you work with windows XP you use Windows native capabilities to gain access to iSeries directories and folders. The iSeries support for Windows neighborhood is called NetServer, it allows the iSeries to be seen from the Windows environment, however, you will need to configure shred directories on the iSeries.
