NetServer in XP environments

I have selected a few users whose profiles gets disabled for Windows Network Neighborhood on a regular basis. These users are on XP Professional machines and have not had problems in the past when they were on Win 98. They assure me that they are not entering the wrong password. I am inclined to believe them, because they are signed on to the system via Client Access.
I think that you have a compatibility issue here. NetServer official support for Windows XP is only for version 5.2, if you are on version prior to 5.2.
