Migrating iSeries data

We have two iSeries servers -- V3R7 & V5R2. We want to transfer/migrate all of the data (libraries, sources, objects, etc.) from V3R7 to V5R2. What is the best way to carry out this process?

There is no real support for this as it is not supported to migrate data directly from R370 to a R520 system. Chapter 15 of the Backup and Recovery guide for R520 has steps on how to migrate data from one release to another on a different system. This may work but it is unsupported by IBM.
