License keys have expired

We have a product on the AS/400 for which we have made into a licensed product, and as such, when the product is installed, we add license keys (they are *KEYED *CONCURRENT) using the ADDLICKEY command. Occasionally, we get a call from a customer that the license keys have expired. However, when I sign on their machine, the keys are in fact there (they match the keys we have in our file on our 400), but when I do the WRKLICINF command, the usage limit is 0, and any attempt to acquire a license fails. What would cause the license request to fail?

This sounds like a possible bug to me. I'd recommend that you contact IBM Support Line for help.
