Inactive jobs

Is there anyway of seeing how long it has been since a user last did something on the system. I know that you can manually go into the session joblog and page down to the bottom and then press F1 to see what time the last command was entered, though is there anyway of just automating this process so that you can run a simple menu option or CL to view users that haven't done anything in say two to three hours?
The only way to do this is to intermittently run a job that lists jobs and their activity (like the WRKACTJOB). The job should include a program to show the delta between activity. You can also use the system value QINACTITV to disconnect jobs that are inactive for a certain length of time.
