Getting the usage count found in WRKLICINF

Getting the usage count found in WRKLICINF

I want to be able to get the usage count found in WRKLICINF for a particular program and use it in a CL program. The WRKLICINF does not have an output option to a file. The DSPLICKEY does have an output option to a file, but does not include the usage count. Is there a way to get the usage count either written to a file, or passed to a CL?

You may want to check the list of APIs to see if there is one available that will do what you need to do. As a last resort, you could always print the report to a spool file and then copy the spool file to a DB file and get your information that way.
