Driver updates and problem determination

We recently upgraded to iSeries V5R1. We have a number of Infomaker exes, which the business uses to query the database. All the exes were working fine after the upgrade. I recently created a new Infomaker exe and tried running it. For some reason the iSeries logon screen itself takes 30 seconds to come up. When it does come up, I try to run the report and nothing happens. I've tried to run the same report through Infomaker and it works fine. I'm using Client Access V4R3 -- Infomaker Version 6.5.

You should regenerate your exe's. You should also either upgrade to Client Access Express, or contact the vendor (Powersoft) and search their FAQ's for driver updates and problem determination assistance in using the previously defined ODBC driver and the new interfaces under V5R1.
