Determining the attributes of an object

I have a program that determines if an object exists in the IFS. Is there a method to determine the attributes of the object similar to DSPOBJD? For example, the size and the date last used, etc.
You may use the program QRYIFSLIB, which outputs the attributes of the IFS objects to an outfile. This is freeware available through IBM. (ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/as400/fromibm/ApiSamples/ifstool.savf)
