Determine what authority is needed to run a CL command

What special authorities are needed to run the following commands?

The select statement is as follows from the command line:

select max(rqdat) from mtgedata/paccru

To power off and on the system, I have them do the following:

From the command line type "GO POWER" and select Option 4 and confirm.

Log in, and from the command line run DSPLOG or DSPLOG and (F4) to enter a selected date and time range.

To determine what authority you need to run any CL command, go to the IBM Information Center, choose the region you are in, choose the OS/400 release you are running, and then in the left navigational bar you'll see "Security". Open the Security topic, and you will see a .PDF of the iSeries Security Reference manual. Appendix D lists all of the CL commands and the authorities needed to run them.
