Crystal reports

I have configured ODBC (using a driver available with Client Access). I use Crystal reports for generating reports. The query is: When the table (Physical files) list is displayed in Crystal Reports it displays the table names in the format: *N.Library_name. Table_name. Where *N is printed literally can I get the table list in format library_name.table_name. I am using V4R4 and Windows 98.

Crystal reports is probably writing down the data base name as the first component of the table name that is:

database name.schema name.table name.

You may want to name your database (this is highly recommended since other clients such as MS need it sometime). You give your database a name with the command wrkrdbdire (add *LOCAL).
