Connecting Windows to the iSeries PPP server

I need to connect a Windows 98/2000 machine to an iSeries PPP server through a leased line. Dial up connection work, but there is no utility for a leased line connection. Can you help me out?
It is easy to set up PPP via leased line as follows:

* Go into operation navigator
* Select network -> remote access services
* Right click and choose new

You will see a wizard that enables the creation of pp over either dial up or leased line.
