Can system time change affect journaling?

What is the impact to a job that is journaling if the system time is changed (Fall Back) minus one hour while the job is active? A concern if daylight saving time is implemented automatically.

In journaling, the sequence number is what is important. All changes that might need to be done with the journal (i.e. APYJRNCHG) use the sequence number rather than a time stamp. So, time change will not affect journaling.
