How can I bulk load an ASCII data file -- stored in the IFS file system (QSH) -- into a DB2 database on the same iSeries information?
The whole process needs to be controlled by a Java application. I understand that there is the CPYFRMIMPF command, but that can only work with files on the normal iSeries partition, not files on the UNIX partition.
Confused by your question, the CPYFRMIMPF command can reference files stored in the IFS file system.
