Automatically removing a user profile

I'm running approximately 500 clients PCs. I have more than 1,500 students -- each one has his own account. I want the profile to be removed as soon as the user has logged out? How can I accomplish this?
There is nothing in the system that will do this for you automatically. However, if you have message management software, you may be able to monitor the history log for CPF1164, parse the job name, extract the user profile name and delete the profile. But you'd obviously have to be careful what profiles you attempted to delete, e.g., hopefully the student accounts are well-identified with a specific naming convention.
