Automatically change the objects

On the IFS, I have objects where the users have too much authority. I've added Authority lists to the folders -- with lower authority levels -- but now I need to remove the individual users from the folders and objects. Is there any way to do this at a folder level? I'd like to automatically change the objects, without having to touch each object?
There are free and "as is" tools from IBM that should help you. They are downloadable from testsiteboulder.com. Some of them are quite powerful, however, (e.g., DELTREE) so use with caution! By the way, they are not commands, they are programs. To determine their parameter structure simply call the program without any parameters and the help text will be displayed that will explain how to invoke the program.
