The *PUBLIC authority of the QSYSOPR msgq is *CHANGE. If you give the users *USE to the message queue, they will not be able to delete messages.

When I display messages for qsysopr I can see that someone answered a message that they shouldn't have but I cannot see "who" answered the message.  What command do I enter to see this information?
