Unique characters in passwords

Prevent characters from being repeated in random password generation.

Recently I came across a tip on random password generation. I noticed that the characters were being repeated, so if the character string is replaced by a array, and every time after getting a character move '1' to the subscript and sort the array using SORTA, simultaneously this also reduce the subscript (e.g. from 26 to 25 and so on). This will ensure unique characters in the password that's generated.
