Speed up the name/password prompt

When using FTP to/from a PC, there can be a considerable delay before the name/password prompt. After that initial delay, everything runs fine. To kill the delay, add a host entry through CFGTCP (10. Work with TCP/IP host table entries) for each PC that will be using FTP. Correct DNS settings will also remove the delay.
