Quick way to convert a spool file

I have used this for a least two years so it should be usable with Client Access 4.4 to 5.1. Using OpsNav, go to printer output and select (not view) the spool file you want to convert. Drag and drop the spool file to a PC location and it will have a .txt extension and be viewable using notepad. I usually rename the file since it has a long title based on the form name concatenated with the job number. Since it is now a text file it can be viewed, edited, saved or attached to e-mail.
