Purging reports from batch report server

The Batch Report Server Purge command (BCHPURGE)is used to purge entries from the Report Index Table as well as delete the associated IFS files. This command can be run interactively or in batch.

Parameters:

Beginning date: Beginning date for date range to purge.

Ending date: Ending date for date range to purge.

Source output queue: Enter the source output queue name filter or *ALL to purge all reports from all queues.

Spool file selection: Enter the spool file name filter or *ALL to purge all the reports specified in the date range.

Spool user ID selection: Enter the spool ID or *ALL to purge all the reports specified in the date range.

User data selection: Enter the spool file user or *ALL to purge all the reports specified in the date range.

Form type selection: Enter the spool form type filter or *ALL to purge all the reports specified in the date range.

Job name selection: Enter the spool job name filter or *ALL to purge all the reports specified in the date range.
