Dealing with TCP/IP "hiccups"

Suddenly lose all your telnet sessions due to a TCP/IP "hiccup"? At times it can be a daunting task to end all the active jobs and users can't sign back on until their active job is ended so a connection can be reestablished. Execute the following command. The jobs will be quickly ended and users will be able to sign back on.
