Commands to display/change the ASP threshold

Have you ever wanted to display/change the ASP Threshold, without using 'STRSST'? Well now you can with these commands -- DSPASP and CHGASP. (We are currently on V4R5, so no promises to everyone else on a higher release.) These are very useful to companies running several boxes.
