Display a list of commands with a substring inside, and prompt them.

There is a set of menus that list commands. Just type GO CMDxxx where xxx is the substring you are looking for.
Example: you could type GO CMDDST to see the commands with DST anywhere in the command name. You simply put a number on the command line in order to prompt a command in the list.
At first glance, this list may not have all the commands with the substring. But you get references to related commands. In this example, that could include DSTL & DSTSRV, etc.
