All the scheduler entries that you see when you run the command WRKJOBSCDE are stored into an object named QDFTJOBSCD, in the library QUSRSYS and of type *JOBSCD. There is only one object of this type per system. If you want to save the entries that WRKJOBSCDE show, you can simply save this object.

 SAVOBJ OBJ(QDFTJOBSCD) LIB(QUSRSYS) OBJTYPE(*JOBSCD) DEV(TAPxx)
