LIMIT CUSTOMERS VIEW OF INTERNET INFO | by Jim Mason
Dear Jim,
We have third-party software that we have been able to WebFace. We would like to use it to place some of these applications on the Internet for use by our customers. Of course, we only want each customer to view their own information. Is it possible in WebFacing that based on the login name, you default something in the "Customer Number" field and don't allow them to change it?

Dear Jim,
I'm working on setting up a new DNS server on V5R1. I have all of the entries in host tables on all of the systems. When importing to the DNS server, all entries now have the qualified domain on the end of them, i.e. ASSYS1 is now ASSYS1.ABCCompany.com. I'm wondering if there is a way to get the DNS to alias just 'ASSYS1' without the whole domain.
