In order to disable user profiles that have not been used since nnn days use ANZPRFACT command. This command will schedule a job that will run daily at one minute past midnight. In case you want some profiles to be considered active always (e.g. QSECOFR) use the CHGACTPRFL command to always consider the user profile active.
