John Schecter brought up a nice command you can use to disable user profiles, which haven't been used within a specified time.
If you would like to use this command and many more type GO SECURITY, take option 8, Security Tools.
From here you can use John's command and also do tons of security analysis. For example you can kick out a report to quickly see who has *ALLOBJ authority.
*Note. You will need *QSECOFR to use this command. If you don't, the only option that will come up is to change your password.
