When editing code, within WebSphere Studio, you can go directly to the source code for a class by doing a CTRL-click on the variable name for the class.

Employee employee = new
Employee();

employee.getFirstName();

BT CTRL-clicking on 'employee' on the employee.getFirstName(), within WebSphere Studio, it takes you to the source code for Employee within your project.
