RJS Software Systems Inc., a leading provider of AS/400-iSeries report and data delivery software, announced the Enterprise Fax Solution, a product for allowing iSeries and PC users to generate and send faxes from their respective applications.
Even though technologies such as email and web browsing have been available for several years to provide access to critical business information, many companies still work with customers and end users who prefer to have information faxed to them.
The Enterprise Fax Solution allows iSeries users to generate and send text-based faxes from iSeries applications. The software can also fax iSeries reports. From the PC, faxes can be generated by simply printing from any PC application. Network-based applications can also integrate with the fax solution via API's to allow any application to fax using the Enterprise Fax Solution. The software also supports inbound faxing for companies who want to receive faxes electronically.
