QUESTION POSED ON: 17 October 2003
We plan to develop a J2EE application with final deployment using WebSphere as the app server and DB2/400 as the database on the iSeries. However, we plan to develop with DB2 UDB 8.1 as the database on Windows NT. Please advise as to what precautions need to be taken for making the final code compatible with DB2/400 -- even though development is with DB2 UDB.
