I've installed a program (RPG/400) in Macedonia where they use both Cyrillic language and English language. I'm having a problem printing Cyrillic characters on my IBM InfoPrint 20. Is there something that needs to be changed in my database, or in my PRTF?

You will need to use coded character set identifiers (CCSID's) to use the correct character set. You can change the CCSID of the physical file and try. If that doesn't work, you will need to change the CCSID of the job running the output. There is more information on CCSID's and international character sets in the information center.
