QUESTION POSED ON: 01 October 2002
My question has to do with application development tools available on the new OS V5R2. For example, we are currently on V4R5 and we mainly use SEU, SDA, and RLU to maintain our RPG III codes. When we move to V5R2 can we continue to use these tools or will we have to use different set of tools, such as WebSphere studio?

You can still use the same tools. I'm still using code written originally on a V2R1M1 system, so I'm sure the support will still be there for a while to come.
