In V5R1 IBM added support for SSL for the FTP server. The trick is finding
an FTP client that supports SSL. The other issue to consider is whether
you are transmitting between two iSeries systems. If that's the case, SSL
won't work because IBM did not enable the OS/400 FTP client code to support
