The CWBSY1008 is mainly received on quser issues.
Examples:
1. quser is disabled
2. quser password expired
3. quser reached it's maximum storage.
You can find the exact reason by examining the joblog
for job qzsosign. (For example, I once saw the message
mch3402 in the joblog and had to reclaim storage.)
